About Us

We are a family business with 2 notaries and 6 experienced staff. Patricia (Trish) Fedewich has been a notary public since 1993 and Norman Witt has been a notary public since 2007. We assist clients with completing their real estate purchases and sales and mortgages. We also prepare wills, powers of attorneys and representation (health care) agreements.
For small businesses we prepare contracts, statutory declarations and builders' liens. We assist small businesses with the purchase and sale of business assets and commercial leases.
Some clients name Trish and Norm as their executors to settle their estates.
