Magnus Law is a law firm which is located in Langley. We provide legal services to Langley, Surrey and Abbotsford British Columbia. We focus on General Litigation and trial work.

Our principal lawyer is Duncan Magnus. Duncan has been a trial lawyer since he was called to the bar in 2002. Duncan is an advocate and a legal adviser. As an Advocate, he will give voice to clients’ concerns. He attends court on your behalf, ensuring that your story is heard and protecting your rights. As your legal adviser, he will provide you with objective, professional advice and a frank assessment of your chances for success when launching a legal claim. At Magnus Law, we do all types of litigation and advocacy and attend all levels of Court including, Provincial Court, The Supreme Court of British Columbia and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Additionally, we attend Tribunals Arbitrations and Mediations on behalf of clients. Some of the main areas we practice include: Estate Litigation, Elder law/ Incapacitated Adults, Business and Shareholder Disputes, Employment litigation, Collections; Real Estate Disputes, and Builders liens and Construction disputes.
