Grounded in the vision of proprietor, Matthew Ruan, what started off as a passion of 3 partners ( Ruan, O'connell, Wang ) became a quest: Showcasing the hidden treasures of BC. 1st ROW Estate Winery has been crafting award-winning wines for more than 5 years using only the finest grapes grown on the estate and from our partner vineyards like the famous Black Sage Bench in BC’s Okanagan. Acclaimed winemaker, Efi Perel, follows the tradition of excellence of blending old-world techniques with new-world technologies to produce wines with delicate balance, finesse, and structure.
